For me, they always smelled like freshly brewed coffee and toasted bread.

Bonbon Café was born from a very personal story and from a deep love for breakfast that my father passed on to me.

I fondly remember the summers of my childhood, when he would walk into my room with an Italian-style espresso. Waking up to the aroma of freshly made coffee and toasted bread, running into the kitchen, and finding the table filled with homemade food, ready to be shared as a family, were small rituals that still fill me with joy today.

He taught me to wake up with enthusiasm and to understand that a good breakfast can shape the attitude with which you start your day.

Over time, those memories took shape and became an idea: to create a space designed to enjoy the moment, the food, and good vibes.

At Bonbon, we believe that eating well is a way of taking care of yourself, but we also believe in little indulgences—because enjoyment is part of balance too.
